Our webinars are led by experts with decades of experience in SAP licensing, contracts, and internal controls, serving customers across industries and regions. We work alongside SAP, but with a tailored view of your landscape, your usage, and your contracts.

Agents, AI Units, and a pricing model still in motion. What we know, what nobody knows, and how you stay in control either way.
SAP AI is already in your contract. Time to understand what that means.
You may think your company has not started with SAP AI yet. SAP disagrees. Business AI is now bundled into RISE and GROW contracts; current agreements allow you to activate Joule assistants, and active agents consume Capacity Units, a currency most customers have difficulty sizing properly in their budgets. This webinar is not about whether SAP AI concerns you. It does. It is about understanding the mechanics before they show up on your invoice.
Here is what makes SAP AI different from every licensing change before it. Classic SAP licensing was static: you bought users and engines, and the number stayed the same until you changed it. AI consumption is dynamic. A Joule prompt consumes little. An SAP AI agent that autonomously executes a task across modules can consume multiples of that, scaling with every step it takes. Allowances are counted in Capacity Units and AI Units; usage is charged against your contracted volumes. Your cost is no longer defined by what you licensed. It is defined by what your users, and increasingly your agents, actually do.
